Hi, I'm Sharon, the Service Manager for Warwickshire Evolve. With over twenty years of experience in the substance misuse field, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, young people, and families as they navigate challenges and uncover their own strengths. Today, I have the honour of developing and shaping our young people’s services as the Coventry and Warwickshire Young People’s Cluster Manager, ensuring that every child, young person, young adult, their family, and the wider community has access to support that empowers them to achieve wonderful things. My work is rooted firmly in the belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, valued, and hopeful about their future.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I love being in nature — whether I’m tending to our allotment, walking the dog, or exploring new places with my son. These moments bring balance, perspective, and a sense of grounding that I carry into everything I do.

I’m genuinely grateful (and often humbled) to work with a great team of dedicated staff whose aim is to support and empower young people.

My motto is ‘people not problems’ and I value open and honest opinions and communication.

I love coffee and my favourite place to be is at home with my family and animals.
