Cookies

What cookies do we use?

Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer when you visit certain websites.

At Change Grow Live, we use cookies to help some parts of the site work and to help us make improvements by measuring things like how many visitors we have and whether you've been here before. The cookies do not give us access to any personal data.

We use three types of cookies:

  1. Functionality and security cookies that enable the website to work properly.
  2. Cookies placed by google analytics and google Tag Manager. These help us analyse the website’s performance and make improvements.
  3. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and improve their experience. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices (in particular your device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only) and preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user. For further details, please see Hotjar’s privacy policy. You can opt-out of the creation of a user profile, Hotjar’s storing of data about your usage of our site and Hotjar’s use of tracking cookies on other websites by following this opt-out link.
