Support for friends and family
When someone you love is struggling with drugs or alcohol, it can feel overwhelming and isolating. You are not alone, and you deserve support too.
We offer dedicated support for family members, partners and friends affected by someone else’s substance use.
This includes one-to-one guidance, advice, and our Family & Friends Group every Tuesday evening via Microsoft Teams. This is a safe, supportive space to share experiences, gain understanding and learn practical coping strategies.
We also place a strong focus on your wellbeing. Supporting someone else can be emotionally draining, and looking after yourself is essential, not selfish. We are here to help you build strength, balance and confidence while you support your loved one.
Your loved one does not need to be in treatment with us for you to receive support. We are here for you too.
