Recovery Alliance
Join our Recovery Alliance, a forum to bring key stakeholders (e.g. Lived Experience Recovery Organisations (LEROs) commissioners, service users and other service providers) together to help guide local recovery activities.
Meeting monthly, the Recovery Alliance will look at:
System-wide decision-making – to discuss and take system-wide decisions, exploring gaps and opportunities in recovery throughout Warwickshire. This may include considering activity taking place in other regions and finding opportunities to develop Warwickshire specific offers (e.g. steps required to become an Inclusive Recovery City).
Inclusive of people who use the service e.g. LERO applications, use of Recovery Hub
Collaboration opportunities – to explore collaborative opportunities (e.g. stigma-busting campaigns) and resource sharing to achieve the best outcomes.
Celebrating recovery-related successes – to identify how we can celebrate recovery-related successes (e.g. seeking feedback on what is and isn’t working and creating an action plan to grow positive recovery initiatives). Understand the best way to communicate the successes to encourage more people to reach out for support.
Address recovery-related challenges together – by seeking out additional funding applications to small grant providers for additional resources to grow the recovery community within Warwickshire.
Collectively consider applications to the Growing Communities and Family Funds – to take joint decisions on the award of any funding to applicants for either the Growing Communities and/or Family Fund to support the growth of LEROs within Warwickshire.
