Get help for someone elseYour first visit
When you arrive, a friendly member of staff will greet you. If you're waiting for a group or appointment, you'll wait in our reception. There are places to sit and leaflets to read. If you'd like, you can bring a friend or family member for support.
Our welcome group
Our opiate and alcohol welcome groups are where you begin your journey. You'll learn what to expect from us, and you can ask us any questions you have.
These are small groups for people who are newly assessed and ready to start treatment. We know it can feel daunting, so if you'd like to bring someone with you, please do.

Employment support
If employment is part of your recovery, we can help. We believe everyone is capable of doing some work if they want to, and we will support you with this.
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based service that matches people with work that they want to do.
Our support is available if you are aged 18-65 and in treatment at Change Grow Live.
To find out more, speak to your Recovery Coordinator. You can also email [email protected] or call 0121 227 5890 to refer yourself or for more information.
