The way you get support from us might be different for a while, but we are still here. We’ll do everything we can to help you stay safe. Things are changing quickly, so keep checking this page and our national Coronavirus info pages for under 21s.

We're doing appointments over the phone and using video chat. Give us a ring if you have any questions about this.

We don't judge and we won't tell you what to do. We are here to listen and help you make positive changes. We help people under 25 with things like:
- Drug and alcohol use
- Health and wellbeing
- Offending behaviour
- Mental health
- Family support
- Someone else’s alcohol or drug use
- Independent advocacy and visiting

Stepping Stones
Stepping Stones are freefor women living in Luton and Central Bedfordshire who have suffered abuse, are vulnerable due to substance misuse, offending, or mental health; or who have involvement with Children’s Social Care.

Total Wellbeing Luton
Total Wellbeing support with stop smoking and managing weight. They will also explore feelings of stress, anxiety and low mood or help support you with managing other emotional health conditions such as phobias or OCD. Free workshops to provide life skills and promote mental wellbeing are being provided by the Trust for children and young people across Bedfordshire and Luton.

Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing support for Children, Young People and their families, with other services specifically supporting adults; Babyloss Bereavement Service and Bedfordshire Suicide Bereavement Service.
