Smart stands for self-management and recovery training. It's managed by peer mentors. The primary focus of the group is abstinence from addiction, but the group is open to those still engaged in addiction. It's a positive, supportive and confidential space.

The ACT workshop aims to help you think about what is important to you and to notice your behaviour. You'll look at what's important and work through different activities to develop new skills.

This is run by Saints4Sport. It's for women only. It's a group to help you keep fit.

This 8-week course is for people who want to improve and learn more about their romantic relationships and their impact on recovery. After two weeks it is a closed group to enable a safe, trusting and supportive environment.

It's held at the Wutan Martial Arts Centre. The address is 119 St Mary's Road, SO 14 0BL.

This is for total beginners or people who want to refresh or improve what they already know. The focus is on learning - mostly guitar, bass and drums. You'll discuss songs, playing instruments, setting up, tuning and more.

In this group, we will look in more detail at songwriting. You'll discuss the structure of songs, what makes them work in terms of arrangement and content, and then you'll start writing! By the end of this course, you will have written 2 songs of your own. There are lots of opportunities to collaborate, and it's a great way to express your feelings, thoughts and experiences.

G.E.M.S stands for guidance, empowerment, motivation and safeguarding. 

It's a peer-led, safe social environment. There's free cooked meals, snacks, hot and cold beverages. There's also a free pool table, tabletop football, darts and haircuts.

There is a polish translator available.

    At this course, we will introduce you to the principles and values of recovery.

    We'll talk about how you can change your current circumstances and give you the basic tools to do this. You will set out realistic goals and plan how you'll achieve them. We'll also explore the support networks you can access in the community.

    Foundations of Growth

    This course will help you to grow as a person.

    Once you’ve made a positive change in your life, you want to maintain your new lifestyle. This course will help you to grow as a person.
