Drug and Alcohol Support Service - Southampton

Announcement: From 1st July 2026, we will no longer be running this service – it will change to a new organisation called The Society of St James.

Change Grow Live Southampton supports adults aged 25 and over, as well as younger people who are rough sleeping or on probation. If you are under 25, please call the young person's support service No Limits on 02380 224 224. They can offer support for any issues related to drug and alcohol use.

Change Grow Live Southampton covers postcodes between SO14 and SO19. If you live outside this area, please explore your options via services such as NHS inclusion or your local provider. If you would like help with this, please call us on 02380 717171.
