Health, Wellbeing and Development Hour
As a paid member of staff at CGL, you are entitled to take an hour out of every week for an activity that promotes your health, wellbeing or development.

Mentoring for success
Whatever stage you are at in your career, you can benefit from CGL’s employee mentoring scheme to help you realise your potential and move forward in your careers.

Generally a mentoring relationship will last around three months, with one face-to-face meeting per month and additional phone and email support as agreed.
CGL can provide in house trained mediators to help effectively resolve certain employee relations issues in the workplace.
When asked about their experience of the CGL mediation service, 87% of participants said they thought their mediation had been successful.

Employee assistance programme (EAP)
Life presents many challenges which can make it difficult to lead a balanced and productive life both at home and at work. The EAP is designed to help you acquire the skills to deal with such problems.
As a CGL employee you have access to telephone counselling, face to face counselling, telephone legal information and general telephone advice.
