How we can help

We believe everyone has the ability to change.

We know that it isn’t easy to take that first step and ask for support.

When you first contact us, one of our team will discuss your challenges and goals with you, and answer any questions you have about how we can support you. We can help you to find the tools you need to meet your goals, as well as any extra support you need along the way.

Additional Support

There are other local services that you may be better suited to if you’re a young adult, or if your substance use is low level. There might also be other local services that can support all your needs in addition to your drinking or drug use.

We can discuss this with you and put you in touch with them with your consent, or you can contact them directly to find out more about how they can help you.
