Mount Carmel's residential and day rehab programme specialises in alcohol addiction (other secondary addictions can be present), based on the 12-Step programme and incorporating proven therapy techniques including CBT.

It offers group and one-to-one therapy sessions as well as yoga, auricular acupuncture and equine-assisted therapy. Participants will receive free aftercare for life upon successful completion of the programme, and there are free family group for family members of clients.
