Cambridgeshire Recovery Service team
Cambridge Recovery Service is a community-based hub of support groups and wellbeing classes throughout the county. It is led by those in recovery and open to those in recovery - as well as offering support for friends and family. Cambridge Recovery Service hosts creative workshops, events and weekly Recovery Cafes.

HEaRT team
Our HEaRT team in Cambridge provides support and assistance to individuals who are homeless and are struggling with drugs and/or alcohol.

Street Outreach team
We identify and work with rough sleepers over the age of 18 in the City of Cambridge. We help them on the street or at the day centre by informing them of the options available.
We start the day at 6am, directing people to places where they can get food, showers and clothing.

The EDGE Café
The EDGE Café is a social enterprise that promotes community-led recovery to support people to make positive changes in their lives. There are now two EDGE Cafés in Cambridge - in Brookfields and Fulbourn. They are run by individuals who are on this journey themselves, as well as our team members and incredible volunteers.

STARS
Short-Term Alcohol Reduction Support (STARS) provides five one-to-one support sessions. These include a comprehensive initial assessment to better understand your needs and goals. These sessions are usually held within a local GP practice, but we can be flexible and offer virtual appointments via telephone or Microsoft Teams for your convenience.
Our approach involves exploring your lifestyle, addressing barriers to change and working with you to set achievable goals. We also provide education on the effects of alcohol and the benefits of moderating your drinking.
