A person who came into service with us recently wanted to thank us for doing our best for them at a difficult time. They had relocated to Norfolk with very little notice. They were anxious because they were unable to organise transferring their prescription to us before moving.
They were assessed by our team outside of our normal assessment times and an appointment was booked with one of our prescribers for shortly after. They said to us:
