Health and wellbeing advice

It is important that we all take steps to look after our own health and wellbeing by learning to take better care of ourselves. We can do things individually, we can have healthy supportive relationships with family and friends and we also might engage in groups or activities online or in our local communities.

Our physical health, mental health and emotional wellbeing are things to be taken care of and nurtured. The more we practice self-care the more our health and wellbeing will develop and grow.

Looking after your health and wellbeing can include (but is not limited to) exercise, healthy eating, pursuing interests and hobbies, being part of a group or team, talking and socialising with others or developing yourself through education, training or employment.
