East Wharf Cottage is run by The Nelson Trust, and is a female-only residential rehabilitation treatment centre. They work on a recovery capital model with a trauma-informed approach.

This is a 9-bed unit, with a self-contained family visiting flat for children’s visits including overnight stays. They have specific interventions for sex workers, as well as to address unhealthy and abusive relationships.
