My Recovery Tameside is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults (including offenders), young people, families, carers and affected others in Tameside.
We provide early intervention and prevention support, recovery and medical interventions and aftercare.
How to contact us
We always welcome new clients, so please get in touch if you are interested in getting help from the service or you’d just like to ask some questions. Feel free to bring someone with you on your first visit.
We are based at 111-113 Old Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside, OL6 7RL and 15 Thornley Street, Hyde. The young people's service is based in community venues across Tameside. You can call us on 0161 672 9420.
If you would like to refer yourself or someone else to the service you can call us, email Tameside.Referrals@cgl.org.uk or visit the service in person.
You can also complete our referral form in advance and email it to us or bring it with you when you visit the service.

My Recovery Tameside service user
We run tea and toast sessions every morning from 9am - 10am, and hold a variety of intervention and group sessions every week. Please contact the service for more information.
