CHART Kirklees is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults who live anywhere in Kirklees, based in hubs in Huddersfield and Dewsbury.
We provide a range of treatment, recovery and support services for those who have concerns about their drug or alcohol use, as well as support and advice to family members and concerned others. Our goal is to support service users to achieve and maintain their own recovery. We believe that any individual can change the direction of their life and recovery is possible for everyone.
At CHART Kirklees we also provide support in GP surgeries, pharmacies (including needle exchanges), Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Dewsbury District Hospital, police stations and Kirklees Courts.
Change Grow Live leads the CHART Kirklees service, which is provided in partnership with the following organisations: The Basement Recovery Project and Community Links.
