Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults (including offenders), family members, carers and affected others.
We provide free, confidential support and advice to anyone affected by drugs or alcohol. The service offers a wide range of holistic, clinical and psycho-social interventions through one to one key work, support groups, counselling and substitute prescribing. Service users can gain support from peer mentors and peer led activities within the service, and also access services for any low to moderate mental health support needs.
Service users can get support from an experienced, non judgemental team of recovery co-ordinators, counsellors, social workers, psychologists, doctors, nurses, peer mentors and volunteers. We work with individuals to achieve their goals in changing their behaviour and being able to live their lives to the fullest.

What do our service users say about us?
"It took me years to pluck up the courage to walk through the doors to a treatment service, but when I did, I knew it was the best decision I have ever made. I knew I was about to start a journey where I could change my life for the better."
"I had started to hate my son for what he had put me through. I was at the end of my tether and didn't know where to turn. Someone mentioned to me about Change Grow Live, so I reached out and they helped me realise that it wasn't my fault that my son was addicted to drugs and that I didn't have to manage this on my own."

We run weekly hour-long workshops. The topics include cannabis, alcohol, sleep, anxiety, nutrition, wellbeing and stimulants.
We also run an eight week program called Foundations of Recovery. This lasts 2 hours per week. This is a structured program that is closed to new starters once it commences.
We’d love to hear your story of using our service. Tell us what was good or how we can improve on our Care Opinion page.
