Broadway Lodge is a compassionate, abstinence-based addiction treatment centre located on the edge of coastal town, Weston-super-Mare. Since 1974, Broadway Lodge has helped to transform the lives of more than 16,000 people, supporting them in their recovery from addiction to alcohol, illicit and prescription drugs, gambling, sex and gaming. We are one of few treatment centres in the UK to offer both comprehensive therapeutic treatment and medically managed detoxification on-site.

My experience at Broadway Lodge has gone way past my expectations I had of any treatment centre. They're all so compassionate, loving and supportive there. I have learnt more about myself and who I really am in three months than I have throughout my whole life. There is lots of support for female peers here too. The facilities are second to none! I am so grateful to Broadway Lodge. I am leaving here in a good headspace, clean and sober and I will never be able to thank them enough. They've completely changed my life. 

Detox at Broadway Lodge

Alongside medical care and supporting you to get physically better during detox, there is a therapeutic programme each day that will enable you to start addressing the psychological part of addiction. These therapeutic interventions include daily group therapy, one to one meetings with your counsellor, Auricular Acupuncture (which promotes healing and relaxation), interactive and educational workshops, relapse prevention, therapeutic films and guidance to start working on the 12 steps.

After you complete your detox at Broadway Lodge and leave treatment, you will have unlimited access to our free online aftercare sessions. These are facilitated via video call and offer a valuable source of support and help you to stay on track with your recovery.
