This is a preferred provider with the West Midlands Detox Framework, which means we have reserved beds with this provider.

Please note that BAC O'Connor does not currently offer stabilisation as a treatment option.

"From walking in shaking and sweating, I was given medication immediately and within 40 minutes the shaking and sweating had stopped. From the second I walked in to the time I left, I was made to feel nothing but welcome. I was treated with nothing but respect and made to feel equal, not an addict.

From the nurses to all the other staff, nothing was too much trouble. They were all amazing and always willing to chat and give advice. The fact that some of them used to be addicts and had been where I was made it so much easier to open up and just inspired me. I learned a lot in my week’s detox and therapy sessions and I also learned a lot from other patients."
