Hear from the people we have supported

"The Caring Changes team have been an immense support to me. This was the first time I felt I was able to open up fully to someone who understands the life I’m living. I’m so grateful to have this support and would recommend anyone who is trying to muddle through to make the call and seek support."

"So thankful for the much-needed support I receive from Caring Changes, it's a lifesaver for me. Help and advice is a phone call away. Knowing you are not alone, others are in same situation, who can offer advice, support and friendship, group activities which offer much needed 'me time.'"

"I have been taught that I have a life and should live it. Everyone is very understanding, and they help to make the right decision."
