Employment support

If employment is one of your recovery goals, we can help.

Our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team can help you to find paid job opportunities that match your personal goals. There is strong evidence for the positive role of employment in recovery.

Our support is available if you are aged 18-65 and in treatment at Change Grow Live.

To refer yourself or find out more, speak to your Recovery Coordinator. You can also email [email protected] for more information.

Visit our IPS page to find out more about our employment support services.

“I faced significant challenges at work after being treated unfairly because of my prescribed medication. The experience left me feeling isolated and uncertain about my future. With the support of the IPS team, I was guided through every step of the process with kindness, professionalism and understanding. Their dedication helped me regain my job, restore my confidence, and understand my rights.”

Needle Exchange

If you are injecting, you can use our free needle exchange service to get new, safer injecting equipment. You can also use this service to safely dispose of old equipment, get advice and support around injecting, and get tested for blood-borne viruses.

We also offer a postal needle exchange service. You can order free injecting equipment for home delivery using a service called NSPdirect.
