Our Groups are a safe space we expect you to keep yourself safe and only share what you are comfortable with. You can expect our groups to be focused on topics to support with your recovery goals.

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) aims to get people into competitive employment and open to all those who want to work. IPS tries to find jobs consistent with people's preference working with Employment Specialist who develop relationships with employers. Run by the Recovery Support Service (RSS)-offering united recovery, a space to network, relax and come together to build on personal growth and recovery. This group explores different themes together with some drinks and light snacks.

A safe, supportive space for 18-25-year-olds looking to change or rethink their relationship with drugs or alcohol while improving their overall well-being. Focusing on peer support, learning from each other, and exploring ways to build positive coping strategies, practice harm reduction, and navigate challenging situations. Topics covered are flexible, to fit the group's needs & provide practical tools to help you on your journey.
