It may be that you’ve used something for the first time and are worried about the effects, or you’ve been using drugs or alcohol for a while and want to cut down or stop. Whichever it is, we’re here to help and can offer a range of options which will be centred around you.
We will listen to you without judgment.
Our team can support you with:
- Structured support with achievable goals that are centred around you.
- Information and advice on specific drugs and alcohol, how to keep safe, and reduce any harmful effects.
- Making changes and improving your wellbeing and build your resilience.
- Signposting and referrals to partner services, such as mental health or financial services.
18-25 year olds
It could be that you’re missing days at work, struggling to meet university deadlines, or you just want to have a confidential chat.
It may be that you’ve been using something for a while and are worried about the short and long term effects. Whatever you’re going through, were here to help.
We will listen to you without judgment.
We support young people aged 18 to 25 with:
- Structured support with achievable goals, centred around you.
- Information and advice on specific drugs and alcohol, how to keep safe, and reduce any harmful effects.
- Making changes, improving your wellbeing and building your resilience.
- Signposting and referrals to partner services, such as mental health or financial services.
