Integrated Recovery Service - Knowsley
Announcement:
As you may know, we’ll be moving from Lifton Road to our new premises on 14th July.
Our new address will be:
24 Newtown Gardens, Kirkby, L32 8RR
Please note: the entrance is at the rear of the building.
In the week leading up to the move, we’ll be reducing the number of appointments to allow time for packing and preparation. However, our open access services will continue as normal, and any new appointments will be arranged by your worker.
If you have any questions about the move, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Your first visit
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a member of our friendly team and we'll have a quick chat about what support we can offer you. We know it can be daunting at first, but you can chat with staff in our waiting room and have a hot drink before your appointment.
If you are using our open access service you will be seen in order of arrival, which means there may be a short wait, but we will try to keep this to a minimum. The assessment itself can take up to approximately one hour.
If you'd like to bring a friend or family member for support, please do.
