We offer advice, guidance, and support to help you make changes to your drug or alcohol use. You can get one-to-one support, recovery planning, group work, access to harm reduction services and more. We'll listen to your needs and tailor your plan to suit you.

Drop-in times
Please come along to our 1:1 drop-in to sign up with the service. A member of the team will be there to let you know more about the service and complete your initial assessment. This should take about 40 minutes. There may be a wait to see a member of the team as the drop-in is first come, first served. The drop-in is open at the following times:
- Monday 13:00 - 15:30
- Wednesday13:00 - 15:30
- Friday 10:00 - 12:30
