We’re a free, confidential service for young people under 25 who live in Derby City. If you’re looking for advice or support around alcohol or drug use, we’re here for you.

Maybe you’ve tried something and aren’t sure how it might affect you, or perhaps you’ve been drinking or using drugs for a while and want to reduce or stop. Whatever your situation looks like, we’ll work with you to find the type of support that feels right for you.

There’s no judgement here. We know everyone’s circumstances are different, and we welcome all young people to our service—whatever your background, faith, disability, sexuality, culture or gender.

Your first visit

When you arrive, someone from our team will welcome you. They’re friendly, approachable, and ready to answer any questions you might have.

If you’ve come in for an appointment or a group session, you’ll be able to wait comfortably in our reception area. There are seats, information you can look through, and you’re welcome to bring a friend, family member, or anyone you trust for support.

Our service is a safe, judgement-free space. You’ll have the chance to join groups where people share their experiences, listen to each other, and support one another through similar challenges.
