Bromley Changes Young People's Drug and Alcohol Services

How we can help
We want to help you, reduce the risk, and give you the facts.
Our service is for anyone in Bromley aged up to 18 who is thinking about taking drugs, is already using drugs, or is affected by someone else using drugs and alcohol. This could be a parent or carer or someone else important in your life.
You don’t have to be dependent to substances to want a bit of advice, and you don’t have to be ready to give up to start talking to us. We can work with you at school, visit you in your local community, walk and talk or offer support by phone.
Contact us
We always welcome new people, so please get in touch if you are interested in getting help from us or you’d just like to ask some questions.
Anyone can contact the Bromley team on 020 289 1999 or [email protected] and you can see who we are if you meet the team.
You can also use our confidential national web chat.
These channels are staffed Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and someone will pick up your message outside of these times.
If you’re ready to make a referral, for yourself or someone else, you can do that here.
Professionals
If you know a young person who might benefit from talking to us but maybe they’re not ready for a referral, then you can always contact the team and we can talk things through with you, provide resources and signpost to other support services.
There’s also some information available here on our website.
We can also offer training to you and your team, to give you the knowledge and confidence to respond to a child or young person using drugs or alcohol. Please see our page for professionals to find out what we offer.
Parents, Carers, Relatives, Friends
We are here for everyone so if you would like more support around the substance use of a child or young person then please do get in touch.
There are also some online resources on our friends and family pages.
Over 18?
If you are over 18, we also run an adult's service which may suit your needs better.

Help your mate stay safe
