Thank you for completing the referral
Thanks for reaching out to us, we will contact you to discuss the information you have shared and the support options available to you. We are very busy at the moment, but will be in contact as soon as possible. If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, we will send you information so that you can reach out to us again if you would like.
Walk-in appointments available
To speed up this process, you can come along to our walk-in sessions. By attending this session, you will have chance to discuss with an Intervention Worker and a Nurse about making the first steps. Don't worry if you cannot make it to one of these sessions, you will still be contacted about getting started with the service.
Here are the times and locations for these sessions:
- 10am to 1pm every Friday at Bradnor Point in Wythenshawe.
- 10am to 1pm every Monday at Carnarvon Street in Cheetham Hill
- 10am to 1pm every Wednesday at Zion Centre in Hulme
If you are currently in an emergency situation, such as a suspected overdose or mental health crisis, contact emergency services immediately.
There are also helplines you can contact if you want to chat to someone about what you're going through. Here are some helplines that we would encourage you to reach out to:
- For anything related to your mental health, call NHS on 0800 953 0285 (open 24/7)
