We’ve listened and appreciated your feedback from the last 12 months, and we’re changing the way our hubs run.
All three of our hubs (Beckton Road, Stratford, and Manor Park) will be offering a drop in/ scheduled appointments for assessment between 9:30 and 16:00 on Mondays; Tuesdays; Thursdays and Fridays and between 9:30 and 18:30 on Wednesdays.
Everyone who is assessed at a hub will receive the rest of their support at that same hub.
If you are already using the service, your main hub will be the one closest to your home address. You can find out more by speaking to a member of staff.
Each hub will have staff who are able to offer opiate, non-opiate and alcohol advice and support. There will also be the offer of groups and one-to-one interventions.
