We’re here to give you help and advice with the challenges you’re facing in your everyday life.

We are entirely non-judgemental. We’ll listen and support you to make the positive changes that you want for a healthier lifestyle.

Our team can help you with your own drugs and alcohol use whether you would like to reduce intake or be abstinent; we can work around your goals.

We have a separate team that specialises in building emotional resilience for young people who have been affected by someone else's alcohol or drug use.
