Leigh Bank's programme includes a structured group work programme, as well as one-to-one key work and counselling sessions. Group material includes sessions on mood management, recovery skills and mindfulness. The structure is designed to meet each component of recovery for everyone.

The therapists are skilled in CBT, person-centred and psychotherapy. The programme also has a focus on education, training and employment, and building social capital into your recovery. This will help you to develop the skills you will need for your future when you return home.

Leigh Bank has aftercare support suitable for people with limited mobility, and three fully modified bedrooms with ensuite facilities on the ground floor.
