We support the people we work with in coming out of prison as well-rounded, supported people who have the courage to make a positive change within their lives.

The Resettlement Service at HMP Five Wells is open to all prisoners.

We offer a place on the Foundations of Rehabilitation program. This is designed to help people avoid reoffending and encourage personal growth and self-esteem.

People residing in the prison will be able to meet with loved ones and Change Grow Live staff to discuss achievements made in custody and their anxieties about life after prison.

Our team of Volunteer Visitors are there to support anyone who is struggling with loneliness, isolation, and other vulnerabilities. Prisoners will form friendships with non-judgemental volunteers who will support them through visits and listening, signposting and referrals.
