It's the summer holidays! Coronavirus might have prevented our meetings, but it's not restricting our activities. 

We've got fun activities for children and young people to get involved in. Here's what's on offer during the holidays.

X7EAVEN Vocal Explosion online workshop

27 July - 31 July 2020

Test your vocal cords in two group sessions. Explore and challenge yourself by learning to sing, rap and lyric write. Take the opportunity to test your unique vocalist and performing potential! Only 4 people can join this session so sign up ASAP.

X7EAVEN moving stage one – 3 to 7 August 2020

You'll learn everything from dance to drama to recording vocal training. At the end, you'll take part in a professional photoshoot and work on your CV! Get into the rhythm mood and swing those hips. There's space for 8 people and we'll be socially distant.

This will be at the Nexus Centre, 3 Snowberry Close, London, E15 2AH.

X7EAVEN moving stage two – 10 to 14 August 2020

At stage two, you'll learn new styles of dance, 1-2-1 recording vocal techniques and have a music video shoot! There's space for 8 people and we'll be socially distant.

Young people riding horses

Mudchute Farm horse riding - 10 to 14 August 2020

You'll get to learn about horses - how to feed them, tame them, clean them and look after them. Build up your confidence riding and trekking across the stables with support from an experienced rider. There's space for 8 people and it will be socially distant.

Above parkour youth camp - 17 – 21 August 2020

Parkour and freeruning are a great way for you to get confident and creative in using your body. You'll swing, climb, jump, balance and more. We'll do basic fitness in races and circuit training. Then you'll learn how to move across different surfaces and terrains. How far can you push your body?

MHG music production 17 to 21 August 2020 and 24 to 27 August 2020

This online music production course takes place over 5 days. You'll get to learn how to mix, organise and sequence different instruments and create your own music. You'll be recording on state of the art music tech.
