Support will be available 7 days per week from highly trained staff.

Accredited Coaching Courses

Our coaching course is available for those who are in recovery and are thinking about volunteering or just want to learn new things. The course is accredited at Level 3 and runs over 5 days. On successful completion candidates will have the opportunity to volunteer with Emerging Futures and progress into full time employment if that is what they want to do. For more information about this, please contact the service on 01793328150 or email [email protected]

Support for significant others and family

We provide a support group for significant others and family who are affected by a loved one's substance use. The group meets each week and individual support is available where and when appropriate.

Intuitive Thinking Skills

Who we are:

Intuitive Thinking Skills are a national, peer-led, lived-experience organisation. We work with service user, carers, volunteers and significant others to represent the voices and opinions of those who use the service.

We want people who have direct experience of services to play an active role in shaping how those services do things.

What our Service User Involvement will look like:

  • We will listen, act, and learn from feedback by the people who use the service.
  • We will empower people to be involved in every aspect of the support they receive.
  • We can support people who use the service in areas such as complaints, advocacy, form filling, benefits, IT support, telephone support, 3rd party referrals and debt advice.
  • Be the voice of services users at events including partnership forums and service improvement meetings
