The Chapman Barker Unit is a 36-bed inpatient alcohol and drug detoxification unit within the Specialist Services Network on the Prestwich site. It has established a reputation for working with the most complex presentations for both physical and mental health problems in addition to drug and alcohol detoxes.

Average Length of Stay: 7 days for Alcohol and 14 days for drug users.
