Brighton and Hove Recovery Service
Our specialist LGBTQ+ team will work to make you feel supported and will take time to explore and identify the issues that may trigger your drug or alcohol use. The team can support anyone over the age of 18 who lives in Brighton and Hove. We offer one to one support as well as specialist groups and other community specific services.
SpeakOut
SpeakOut is our LGBTQ+ peer support group and is a relaxed place to check-in and share your progress and to help you connect with others in the community.
The group is for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+, regardless of your approach to quitting - members of AA, SMART, and other groups are all welcome.
SpeakOut runs from 10.30 to 12.00 on Thursday mornings at Richmond House.
Chemsex
The impact of Chemsex can be different for different people, and the support you will receive will consider your situation and needs.
We offer Slamming packs which are designed to make your Slamming safer. They can be picked up from Terrence Higgins Trust, The Lawson Unit and Brighton and Hove Sexual Health and Contraception Service.
