How we can help
We offer flexible, confidential treatment and support for young people aged up to 25 years across West Sussex.
We'll meet you somewhere that suits you - this might be at school or college, in a library or another venue that works for you. We also offer drop-ins across the county. This means you don't need to book an appointment; you can just come along. Get in touch to learn where you can find us.

We will contact you to arrange an appointment. You can ask another professional or an adult to help you with this process, or you can do this yourself.
Making a referral
Referrals can be made by anyone. You can refer yourself, or a professional or family member can do this for you, as long as they have your permission.
A worker will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your referral.

You will have a named worker and their mobile phone details, and you can agree the best way for the two of you to stay in touch.
