If you are a professional and would like to refer someone to our service, please use our professionals referral form.

RISE only supports people who have used drugs and/or alcohol in the last three months. If you have not used substances in the last three months, you may wish to access groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous.

If you want support with your substance use, we can help.

We need to ask a few questions to find out what service is right for you, and how to get in touch. The questions usually take about 3 minutes to complete.

Once you complete the questions we will get in touch shortly to set up an appointment.
