We offer an all-age service to everyone living in Nottinghamshire who is experiencing problems with drugs and/or alcohol.

We approach treatment with an open mind, free from judgement. We focus care on the needs of the individual, respecting and supporting their choices so they feel safe, valued, and cared about. 

We are here to make a difference and change people's lives in Nottinghamshire for the better.

Everyone coming to Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire can expect to receive:

  • A welcoming service which is focused on your individual needs.
  • Access to advice, information and a full assessment.
  • Access to clinical and psychological services.
  • Opportunity to volunteering and employment readiness services.
  • Referral to other support services where relevant.

Our hubs

Our alcohol and drugs team operates from three hubs across Nottinghamshire, allowing you to get the support you need wherever you are in Nottinghamshire.

West Nottinghamshire hub – Mansfield, Ashfield and Ollerton

North Nottinghamshire hub – Bassetlaw, Newark and Sherwood

County South hub – Broxtowe, Hucknall, Gedling and Rushcliffe

  • No visitor parking available. There are many carparks around Worksop. Have a look at the Bassetlaw Council website for details.

    Access the main entrance on Hardy Street. Please ring the intercom for assistance and entry into the building.

Treatment options

If you need it, we can offer a range of treatment options to support you on your journey. This includes:

  • One to one support sessions with a Recovery Coordinator
  • Groupwork or peer support
  • Personalised treatment plan
  • Advice on keeping safe
  • Medically assisted treatment including Buvidal
  • Testing for blood borne viruses such as Hep C, B and HIV
  • Emotional support and counselling
  • Onward referrals to a range of specialist services
  • Criminal justice support services
  • Access to different Detox and rehab options
  • Education, training and employment advice

Your Recovery Coordinator will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your goals.

Your first visit

When you arrive, one of our friendly team members will be there to greet you and help guide you through the next steps. If you have any questions about our service, don’t hesitate to ask—we’re here for you!

If you can, please bring along your updated GP details. And remember, you’re more than welcome to bring a friend, family member, or support worker with you for support. If there’s anything specific you need, just let us know!
