Integrated Rough Sleeper Support Service - Newham
How we can help
Our partnership supports people who are experiencing rough sleeping across Newham, helping them to move away from the streets and access services that can support them. We provide ongoing support and help people reduce their chance of repeat homelessness.
The partnership offers:
- Accommodation and move-on support from Single Homeless Project
- A day centre in East Ham, provided by New Way
- Immigration advice provided by Praxis

Please include a description of the person and information about their location; a postcode will help us find them much more easily. We receive and respond to information from the portal, so we can help the people you report.
