We are a free and confidential street outreach service for adults and families in Leeds.
We provide an outreach service to people who are rough sleeping, at risk of homelessness or begging in Leeds.
We help people who rough sleep or beg to move away from the streets and access appropriate support services. Our workers provide ongoing support and access to a range of additional support services, finding floating support services that help people to maintain their accommodation.
If you would like to talk in confidence about your situation or are worried about someone else, please get in touch with us to find out more.
You can call us on 0113 245 9445 or email us on Leeds.SOS@cgl.org.uk.
