Updates to the service:

  • Our service is open from 08:00 - 20:00, seven days a week. We're offering a mixture of telephone, virtual, and face-to-face appointments at the moment.
  • Face-to-face groups and appointments are being prioritised by clinical need and keeping our most vulnerable people safe.
  • Alcohol detox assessments and prescribing reviews are happening face to face as much as possible. PPE must be worn by both staff and yourself.
  • In the first instance please call us on 01603 514096 and someone will be able to help you. 
  • You can also contact us via webchat between Monday and Friday.
  • On Facebook, there is a confidential support group for our service users that you can join. We also have an affected others support group that's happening on Zoom. It's on Tuesdays. Join our Facebook group for more info.
  • We also have a Facebook group for family members.

Our Emerging Futures workshops are being held by Zoom. Once you've been referred to Emerging Futures by your recovery coordinator, one of our team will be in touch to organise a Zoom induction and send you the links.

It's for people new to our service. We’ll explain the help that’s available and talk you through the treatment you can expect. You can ask any questions you have about the recovery process.

This group is for people in the West of the County, such as King's Lynn or Hunstanton. In this group, we'll help you come up with a plan to safely reduce your alcohol intake, and help you maintain your progress.

This group will be a Zoom audio conference, so you don't need a smartphone or laptop.

In a small group setting, we'll help you reduce your drinking safely and come up with a plan for becoming alcohol-free. You'll use a drinking diary to keep a track of your drinking patterns.

This group will be held on Zoom.

This group is for our service users who struggle to or have anxieties about using our Zoom groups. Using Zoom audioconferencing, so you don't need access to the internet for this group.

This group is more informal, we'll talk about how you're doing and offer advice on your drug or alcohol use.

EBI means extended brief intervention. This is for people who are using non-opiate drugs or drinking to non-dependant levels. Over the course of six weeks, we’ll look at your drug or alcohol use in a small group setting to help you on the road to recovery.

This is being held on Zoom. If you’ve had an assessment and this is what you want, we’ll be in contact with you.

This group is for people wanting to reduce or stop cannabis use. We'll help you explore your cannabis use in a small group setting. You'll keep a track of how much you're using and help you reduce it, week on week.

This group is for anyone affected by someone else’s drug or alcohol use. Talk to and listen to other people in a similar situation to you. This is a chance for you to look after yourself and your wellbeing.
