Change Grow Live is a leading drug and alcohol charity.  From April 2017, we have been commissioned to deliver a range of innovative drug and alcohol treatments and recovery services across Luton called Resolutions. 

Resolution will be requiring an experienced, motivated and ambitious leadership team to lead our unique service delivery model, tailored to meet the requirements of the city’s multicultural residents.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced opiate recovery co-ordinator who has excellent organisational and time management skills, the successful candidate will have knowledge and confidence in managing a caseload of complex clients (both substance misuse, physical and mental health).
