The Halton Integrated Recovery Service provides rapid access to a range of interventions and treatment options for people experiencing problems with alcohol and substance misuse, promoting a focus on prevention, recovery and citizenship.
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Team Leader, leading on opiate treatment and relapse prevention across Halton. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership development and performance of the new service.
The post-holder will contribute to the service to ensure that substance misusers consistently receive high quality services that adhere to best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards. They will also have responsibility to ensure that the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising staff as well as oversee the delivery of effective assessment, case management and care co-ordination. They will be committed to taking a positive and holistic approach to their work with an aspiration in creating a robust specific team that will provide excellent interventions and treatment options across Halton.
