Bromley Drug and Alcohol Service deliver innovative integrated services within LB Bromley, providing a range of recovery focused interventions to adult drug and alcohol users across the locality within a community model.  With an ethos and belief that recovery is self-defined, contagious and within reaches of any individual, irrespective of their circumstances, we want to recruit a dynamic individual to join and lead our experienced clinical team. This is an exciting time in Bromley as we are early adopters of CGL’s Entry Into service Assessment Tools and worked with our commissioners to looking at unmet health needs and making every contact count.

We are seeking to employ a highly motivated Recovery Team Leader for 3 months who can support the continued development of the programmes offered to clients in community settings. It is likely that this time scale may increase, and it is possible that this post will then be put out as a permanent post. This will include providing the psycho-social interventions that are integrated with clinical interventions.  The post holder will work alongside the Lead Nurse, a Stabilisation Team Leader and a Volunteer Coordinator to ensure continuity of care and rapid access to treatment. Whilst adhering to CGL policies, protocols and standard operating procedures.
