An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to work within our high performing and innovative service in the borough of Camden.

Integrated Camden Drugs Services provides a lively, welcoming, recovery focused environment and delivers a range of evidence based psychosocial, pharmacological and recovery support interventions to individuals using a range of substances problematically.  Integrated Camden Drugs Services operates across two main hubs, primary care, hostels and criminal justice settings, providing community engagement and re-engagement, harm reduction, open access, pod and group work, counselling, medically assisted treatment, community detox and access to residential detox and rehab.

The Team Leader will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leading to create an environment which fosters hope, empowerment and opportunities, supporting service users to reach their full potential. They will be responsible for line-management of a team of Recovery Coordinators as operational delivery of the service.

The successful candidate will have solid experience of working in the substance misuse field, excellent leadership and communication skills, experience of line managing staff and demonstrable experience in effective partnership working.
