Change, grow, live is a social care and health charity working with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales that are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and antisocial behavior.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the organisation working as Senior Personal Assistant supporting one of our Executive Directors and their regional remit in the North East.   Based in our central Leeds office (with occasional travel to other sites as and when needed) duties will include: -

  • 1:1 PA support to the Executive Director with full responsibility for the smooth running of their work
  • Maintaining busy diaries and schedules, including all meeting co-ordination and logistics
  • Project management and event co-ordination
  • Co-ordination of papers and research
  • Minuting of national and regional meetings, including creation of agendas, minutes and following up any action points
  • Monthly expenses management

We are looking for someone with significant experience at a Senior/Executive PA level, who is used to working in a fast pace environment.  You will have strong time management and organisational skills and have experience of line management.  The role is offered as part of the overall Executive Support Function, so will require matrix working to support colleagues as and when required.
