This integrated recovery service provides a full range of support options across the county to help adults with drug and alcohol misuse problems, ranging from advice and information to structured treatment programmes, medically assisted recovery and alcohol community detoxification.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within this setting providing data leadership. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the efficient collection, inputting and recording of data including the preparation and analysis of statistical data and reports as required by senior management and stakeholders.
It is key that the post holder provides responsive reporting. This includes being able to identify trends, provide logical ‘whole picture’ descriptive reporting and forecasting. They will apply themselves to have a full understanding of CGL policies, services’ KPIs and quality improvement plans and use this knowledge to support interpretation of extracted information.
They will create and present detailed reports for management and stakeholders with ownership on the interpretation of the data and how current processes affect outcomes. They will use both quantitative and qualitative data to support their findings. They will advise on steps needed to improve data quality providing management with a full understanding of data administration processes from inputting by frontline staff to extraction and reporting.
