An opportunity has arisen at Wize Up in Havering for 1 recovery Coordinator posts you will have considerable experience of working with young people and or young offenders and be expected to undertake screenings and assessments to ensure early identification of risk. The post holder will also deliver training to professionals
The post holders will undertake the role of delivery of evidence based recovery focused substance misuse interventions in the criminal justice system in Havering.
The post holder will work as part of a team and will be responsible for managing a caseload of young people on YOS orders with substance misuse issues. You will require an understanding of data capture and be committed to supporting the demonstration of outcomes through reports.
Wize Up is responsible for the delivery of a range of activities, including specialist care-planned interventions and targeted group-work for drug and alcohol using young people aged 18 and under. The post will be based within Havering’s Youth Offending Team.
The role may involve working evenings and weekends.
